In order to achieve these objectives, the company will maintain an effective and efficient Quality & Safety and Environmental Management System based upon the requirement of ISO 9001:2008, ISO14001:2014, OHSAS 18001: 2007 and the International Safety Management Code.

With Respect to Quality:
• Provide vessels of the highest standard to ensure the successful completion of project.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of our business processes and company objectives through our Management Reviews and Internal Audit Process.
• Monitor Customer Satisfaction and set objectives for continuous improvement.
• Analyse the cause of complaint and take appropriate action to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure that all employees understand our Quality Policy and are committed to the effective implementation of Quality and Safety Management System.

With Respect to Safety:
• Promote safe working practices and ensure all seafarers are adequately familiarised with the vessels and their duties.
• Prevent unsafe situations, personal injury or death and to reduce the risk of unsafe situations, during operational duties performed both on shore and at sea.
• Analyse the cause of accidents and take appropriate action to prevent recurrence.
• Provide a framework and support for the maintenance of the vessel.
• Encourage employees to identify problems and dangerous practices and make suggestions to improve our working practices.
• Increase awareness and responsibility in employees, and the management of the Crews with respect to health and safety.
• Assess all identified risks to vessels, personnel and the environment and establish appropriate safeguards.

With Respect to the Environment;
• Monitor fuel consumption and promote efficient operations for minimising fuel burn during the course of the company’s duties.
• Build vessels with excellent fuel efficiency and enhanced emissions control.
• Cut out overboard Garbage. Our vessels will not deposit garbage at sea. Furthermore Garbage will be separated into non-recyclables and recyclables, consistent with facilities local to the operational port.
• Encourage environmental protection amongst suppliers and sub-contractors.

The achievement of our quality, safety and environmental objectives, continuous improvement and legal & regulatory compliance is fundamental to all activities carried out at sea, and on shore, and must be practiced by all employees as an integral part of their daily work.
