Ventus Formosa is a Service, Accommodation and Transfer Vessel (SATV). It has been designed to accommodate technicians offshore and transfer them directly to the turbine without the need of a complicated gangway system. The vessel is fitted with BMT Group’s patented active fender system which is designed to significantly reduce loads during docking.
